As an artisan business, our products are handmade in small batches incorporating natural, plant derived ingredients that may differ from season to season. This means there may be small variations between batches, but it will not affect the quality and performance of your product.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
Change your mind?
Please contact us before close of business on the same day you ordered your product for a full refund. Please note, once packed or shipped, we cannot issue a refund.
Damaged or faulty condition?
Within 7 days of delivery please email us your proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged product. The item will be promptly replaced.
Incorrect product arrive that was not the one you ordered (our error)?
Within 7 days of delivery please email us and return the incorrect product(s) unopened and in its original packaging. We will post you the correct product(s) within 5 business days of our receipt of the incorrect order and reimburse the standard Australian Parcel Post shipping fee paid to return the product.
Not happy with a product?
Within 14 days of delivery please return the product with proof of purchase and email us a reason for return so we can look to improve. Refunds are on condition that the product has at least 60% remaining. No shipping charges for purchase or return of product will be refunded. My SABBATICAL reserves the right to refuse refunds or issue partial refunds for unreasonable returns.
We do not refund sale or limited edition items.
We do not issue refunds for ‘change of mind’ returns once shipped.
Once processed, a refund may take 7 days to appear on your bank statement.
